In the Summer of 2014 Hannon Electric purchased, renovated and occupied space in our new building at 117 Eastman Street, South Easton, MA. We have additional space that is now ready for occupancy and we'd like to show it to you.
This is a very attractive brick building with signage on Route 106. Set back and surrounded by nature, this building boasts many great features including emphasis on energy efficiency. Lighting upgrades were made throughout, and the building now features LED lighting on the interior and exterior. Office areas and hallways are controlled by motion sensors and a daylight harvesting system. Major improvements were made in the areas of electrical and HVAC, as well as the fire alarm system, flooring, paint, tel-data, landscaping and much more.
A major investment was made to the building in 2020 when it was outfitted with solar panels which will ensure that we can continue to substantially reduce out energy costs.
